What this demo proves

KaizenAI Open is intentionally smaller than the private Kaizen stack, but it is still a real public runtime path.

Current context

The public lane can use governed web context for current questions while keeping private memory and internal tools out of scope.

Queue and limits

Requests run through queueing, daily limits, bounded prompt length, and public-safe response cleanup instead of hitting the private Max lane directly.

Boundary enforcement

Public users cannot access Max SMS, voice-call alerts, planned real-time phone calls, reminders, home automation, private files, private prompts, stack controls, or user-specific memory.
